Skawt

Photo Verification

If it isn't real, it doesn't count.

A report is only as good as the evidence behind it. Every Skawt photo is taken in the app, at the shelf, at the time it says, and checked before it reaches you.

How every photo is checked

  • In-app camera only

No uploads from a camera roll. The photo is taken at the shelf or not at all.

  • GPS-gated

A submission is only accepted from inside the store it's meant to be from.

  • Timestamped

You see exactly when the shelf looked like that.

  • Scored against your brief

Every photo is read automatically and scored against your SKUs, planogram and prices.

  • Flagged when it fails

Blurry, wrong shelf, wrong product: flagged, not passed off as a finding.

  • Shelves, not people

We capture the shelf. Faces are detected and redacted on the device before anything is uploaded.

Evidence, not opinions

Every number on your dashboard links back to the photo it came from. If you doubt a finding, open the photo and look for yourself.

Questions

Could a Skawt fake a visit?

Not without being at the shelf. The camera only works in the app, the location has to match the store, and every photo carries its time.

Who checks the photos?

Every photo is scored automatically the moment it's submitted, against the brief you set.
