Retail Audit

Know what's on the shelf. Not what should be.

On-shelf availability, out-of-stocks, facings and share of shelf, captured SKU by SKU in the stores you choose, at the hour you choose.

What every visit checks

  • On-shelf availability (OSA)

Every listed SKU, present or not, in front of the shopper.

  • Out-of-stocks (OOS)

Which lines are gone, in which stores, at which time of day.

  • Facings

How many faces each SKU holds against the number you agreed.

  • Share of shelf (SOS)

Your facings against the rest of the category, counted from the photo.

  • Planogram compliance

Right shelf, right position, right neighbours.

  • In-store placement

Main aisle, secondary location, or the bottom shelf of the wrong bay.

  • Damaged and near-date stock

Torn, dented or short-dated packs facing the shopper.

A snapshot, or a pattern

Run it once to see where you stand. Run it weekly and you see which stores are quietly slipping, which SKUs go missing first, and whether the morning shelf survives until evening.

Questions

How many products can one visit cover?

Up to nine SKUs per visit. More than that, we split it across visits.

Can I see the same store at different times of day?

Yes. Pick the morning window, the evening window, or both on the same day and compare.

How do you know what the shelf should look like?

You share your planogram and SKU list when the mission is set up. Every photo is scored against it.

Pick a store. See the real shelf.

Pay per visit in credits. No retainer, no minimum.
